Returning your item?
We are so confident that you will love our products that we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all of our products. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact our customer service team prior to returning product, returns sent without an authorisation will not be accepted. You have 14 days for us to receive the products once notified. You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item.
Please return your items in it's original product packaging to our warehouse at 8 Paraweena Drive, Truganina VIC 3029. Please mark attention to: Returns Department clearly on the exterior of your parcel. Once your return is received your refund will be processed, and a credit automatically applied to the original method of payment, within 3-5 working days. If 30 days have expired since receiving your purchase, unfortunately you will no longer be eligible for a refund. Please note, our refund policy does not include original postage costs. You will receive a full refund of products returned, minus postage fees.
Exchanging your item?
The Perfect Cosmetics Company is committed to providing a quality service for its customers and selling in an open and accountable way that builds the trust and respect of all our partners. If an item is defective or damaged and you request an exchange of the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you can vary, dependent on where you live.
